Project Management

Project Management is often perceived as a task relevant only to larger corporations involved in highly complex operations or something that’s shared as part of normal day to day operations. In reality, this is not
an accurate perception.

Logistics Consulting

Logistics is simple
; it’s about getting your products to your customers on time.
That’s all there is to it.

“simple” doesn’t always mean “easy”

In fact, logistics is arguably the most complicated part of any product-based business.

Change Management

You want an organization that realizes productivity improvements in costs, revenue, quality, and customer service. You need a process-driven approach in order to get you there.
Sometimes, you need to make changes so that things can happen.

Personal Coaching

Hire me as a personal coach. I love one-on-one coaching, but I have limited time available for it. Therefore, I am very selective and I also charge crazy-high fees. But if you think you could benefit from one-on-one interaction with me, call or e-mail me, and we'll get it organized.

Contract Management

Contract management includes negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. It can be summarized as the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk

LEAN

Perhaps the best definition of Lean that we have encountered is based upon a story told by Mr. Ohno-who in a discussion with Mr. Cho (the future president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Company, Georgetown KY) about the origins of the TPS, indicated that (what we now call Lean) is a manufacturing phenomenon that seeks to "maximize the work effort of a company's number one resource, the People."
Lean is therefore "a way of thinking" to adapt to change, eliminate waste, and continuously improve.
There are a number of tools and techniques, to be used in concert, to achieve maximizing the effort of the workforce and to operate as a "lean" company.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Selecting and successfully implementing ERP systems is not about installing a software CD.
It is all about adjusting processes and organization and have a well selected ERP package, with the support of a 100% dedicated implementation team. Responsibility for ERP strategy, package selection, implementation planning, business process/fit gap analysis, configuration, conversion and training are only a small part of a successful implementation, which can give you great benefits and savings if executed correctly.

Milestone: Project Manager of 12x Successfully implemented ERP systems, in 5 countries, IN 1 YEAR!!

Strategy Development

An effective logistics function must support your business growth as it happens – not after the event. Just as you map out the future of your business, it’s also wise to plan the future of your logistics function. You need a clear logistics strategy.

Inventory Management Review

If your inventory is more business burden than business backbone, it’s time to review. Your success revolves around maintaining exactly the right stock levels. Too little stock, and you can’t meet customer expectations and service level agreements. Too much stock and it effects your cash flow and a higher chance of obsolete stock.

Inventory Control

Inventory are those stocks or items used to support production (raw materials and work-in-process items), supporting activities (maintenance, repair, and operating supplies), and customer service (finished goods and spare parts). Inventory functions are anticipation, hedge, cycle (lot size), functions (safety stock, buffer, or reserve), transportation (pipeline) and service parts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

If you’re in management, you know that Information is power and the numbers tell the tale. Taking a snapshot of the business and analyzing the data is not just important,it’s absolutely necessary and a must.
We only implement SMARTER KPI's

Warehouse Management System Implementations (WMS)

A WMS project, put simply, is a group of tasks that work together to meet the goal of satisfying customers. Every business, irrespective of size, depends on the successful completion of tasks and projects to be profitable and for the warehouse to be able to send out stock to make your sales.

Warehouse Optimization

Warehousing is EASY
: many believe that the warehousing function is so basic that any decent manager can run an effective warehouse. Then when the operation does not run smoothly, it isn't easy to understand why.
If it was that easy, why are you looking at this page ?

Warehouse Contract Reviews

Time has passed quickly and your Third Party Service Provider (3PL) contract is now up for review. Would you like to see exactly how your provider is currently performing and what risks may be present in your agreement ?

3PL Warehouse reviews

Outsourcing your warehousing, distribution, and/or customer service functions can be a great idea. Like many modern businesses, the need to focus on your core activities is paramount and that is why outsourcing to Third Party Logistics providers is so popular in many leading companies today.

Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Is the process of planning, implementing, and controlling the operations of the supply chain as effeciently as possible. Supply Chain Management spans all movement and storage of raw materials, work-in process inventory, and finished goods from point-of-origin to point-of- consumption.

Voice Picking

Order picking is one of the most scrutinized tasks in the warehouse. Why? The methods for order picking can be quite complex depending upon the processing required of a given product line. Various characteristics of the order such as special labeling, routing, unique unit of measure or product demand can force process designers to implement multiple picking methods per order. Regardless of the complexity of the picking method, however, today’s multimodal Voice Picking systems consistently deliver higher accuracy, increased productivity, reduced cycle time and a quick ROI.
